Expanding Business Diversification, MPX Logistics Establishes New Subsidiary
PT MPX Logistics International Tbk (MPXL) has officially announced the formation of a new subsidiary, PT Auto Prime Indonesia. This strategic move is intended to support business diversification expansion and strengthen the company’s operational and financial performance.
According to the Disclosure of Information report dated 21 September 2026, the establishment of PT Auto Prime Indonesia has received legal recognition from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia via Decree No. AHU-0075679.AH.01.01 of 2026 on 18 September 2026. The formation was based on Deed of Establishment No. 23 before Notary Maureen Felicia Widyasari, S.H., M.Kn.
Based in Serang Regency, the new subsidiary will operate in the fields of car repair, car washing and detailing, as well as the retail trade of automotive spare parts and accessories. PT Auto Prime Indonesia was established with an authorised capital of Rp12 billion divided into 12,000 shares. Of this amount, the placed and paid-up capital is recorded at Rp3 billion (3,000 shares).
In terms of shareholding, PT MPX Logistics International Tbk holds a majority stake of 55%, equivalent to Rp1.65 billion (1,650 shares). Meanwhile, the remaining 45%, valued at Rp1.35 billion (1,350 shares), is owned by Irwan Wijaya Dharma.
The management structure of PT Auto Prime Indonesia consists of James Sigit Chandra as Commissioner and Irwan Wijaya Dharma as Director. Management noted that there are affiliated relationships within the subsidiary’s management.
The Director and Corporate Secretary of PT MPX Logistics International Tbk, James S. Chandra, stated that the establishment of this subsidiary is expected to increase business revenue contributions and strengthen the company’s future business sustainability.
