Executives join golf tourney

JAKARTA (JP): At least 160 business executives and government
officials are expected to join a golf tournament at the Bumi
Serpong Damai golf course in Tangerang, West Java, tomorrow.

The tournament, held by the daily Bisnis Indonesia in
conjunction with its 10th anniversary, is offering the golfers
two luxurious cars for a hole-in-one stroke at the seventh and
14th holes.

The general manager of the daily, Sukamdani Sahid
Gitosardjono, said yesterday that only one person has won the
special prize since the tournament was initiated in 1989.
Krisnaraga Sarfuan, a Bank Nusa director, shot a hole-in-one in
1990.

Minister of Transmigration Siswono Yudohusodo and Minister of
Youth Affairs and Sports Hayono Isman are scheduled to tee off
the tournament. (amd)
