Excellent! Firefighters Receive Free Salon Treatment After Helping Unlock Locked Salon

A video showing firefighters receiving free salon treatment went viral on social media. The salon offered complimentary services to the firefighters after they helped open the locked salon door.

According to detikNews, the incident occurred at Flow Salon in Serang City, Banten on Thursday, 11 March 2026. In the circulating video, salon staff can be seen banging on the locked door.

They were panicked because the salon was supposed to open at 07.00 and by 11.00 the door remained locked. The staff repeatedly called out the name of Ilham, the salon’s security guard. Concerned, they eventually called the fire department.

“Because banging on the door didn’t wake him, they were worried something had happened to Ilham. Since he was locked inside, they ended up calling the fire brigade,” said Serang City Fire Department Officer Ferdiansah Ramadhana when contacted on Thursday, 12 March.

Officers who received the report immediately rushed to the location. However, just as the operation was about to begin, the security guard opened the door.

“Turns out he had fallen asleep—he’d just slept after finishing his Ramadan dawn prayers,” he said.

The salon subsequently gave free service vouchers to the firefighters. This was especially appreciated as the firefighters had arrived during heavy rainfall.

“In the end, the officers got free salon services, just like in the video,” he said.

In the video, the officers can be seen sitting and smiling as they received salon treatments. While still in uniform, they received massage services, hair washing, and hand and foot treatments including manicure and pedicure services.
