Excelcomindo's billing system
JAKARTA (JP): Cellular phone operator PT Excelcomindo Pratama has upgraded its existing billing system to improve customer service, the company announced Saturday.
The company said that it had upgraded its customer care and billing software from Business Support and Control System (BSCS) version 3 to BSCS version 4.
BSCS is produced by LHS, an American company specializing in the production of billing and customer care software.
"The new release will enable us to provide more extensive information to our customers, to improve customer service and to cope with our rapid growth," Excelcomindo president Yaya Winarno Junardy said.
Excelcomindo currently serves 135,000 subscribers in an area covering Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Bali and Lombok. (jsk)
