Jakarta’s office sector is beginning to exhibit an improvement trend throughout the first quarter of 2026. The performance of this property subsector is observed to be steadily climbing and approaching pre-Covid-19 pandemic productivity levels. In line with this, CBRE Indonesia projects that the office subsector has now entered a rebound phase. Head of Research and Consulting at CBRE Indonesia, Anton Sitorus, explained that the trend of rising occupancy combined with the still limited new supply is the determining factor in the current recovery pace.
