After hearing the prosecutor’s explanation and seeking opinions from the defendants’ legal teams, the panel of judges agreed to postpone Nicke’s examination to the following Monday.
The other four defendants who will also be presented at next Monday’s hearing are Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain from 2019-2020, Hasto Wibowo; Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain from 2017-2018, Toto Nugroho; Vice President of Crude and Trading at PT Pertamina from 2019-2020, Dwi Sudarsono; and Business Development Manager at PT Trafigura from 2019-2021, Martin Haendra.

However, she was not brought before the panel of judges to have her identity checked and to take the witness oath.
After the hearing concluded, Nicke was seen leaving the room following a brief greeting to several Pertamina staff members in the audience seats.
The case implicating Alfian Nasution, Hanung Budya Yukyanta, and associates is part of the same series as the previous case file, namely the Beneficial Owner case of PT OTM and PT JMN involving Muhamad Kerry Adrianto Riza and associates.
Based on the prosecutor’s description and explanation, overall, the defendants caused state financial losses of up to Rp 285.1 trillion.
