Ex-East Kalimantan Police Brimob Member Examined by Bareskrim for Allegedly Backing Drug Trade
A former member of the East Kalimantan Police Mobile Brigade (Brimob), Dedy Wiratama, has been brought in for questioning by the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) in Jakarta. The former officer, previously holding the rank of Brigadier Police Head (Bripka), was dishonourably discharged (PTDH). He is suspected of backing narcotics buying and selling activities in Kampung Gang Langgar, Samarinda, East Kalimantan. The examination was conducted by the Directorate of Narcotics Crime (Dittipidnarkoba) at Bareskrim.
