Former Bima City Police Chief Didik Putra Kuncoro is set to stand trial at the Bima District Court. The drug case suspect was transferred by investigators to the Bima District Prosecutor’s Office on Thursday (18/6/2026).

According to monitoring by detikBali, the suspect Didik arrived at the Bima Prosecutor’s Office at 14:30 WITA in a police patrol car. He was escorted tightly by police and prosecutor officers. Didik appeared wearing all-black attire, including a cap, t-shirt, jeans, and shoes. Didik was taken into a room to undergo further examination.

In addition to the suspect Didik, investigators also handed over evidence, including Rp 50,000 and Rp 100,000 banknotes wrapped in plastic and a black suitcase, to the public prosecutor.

Head of the Bima Prosecutor’s Office, Heru Kamarullah, stated that after being transferred by investigators, the suspect Didik will undergo an administrative examination process by the public prosecutor.

“Currently, the suspect is undergoing examination regarding his identity and the main facts of the alleged offence,” Heru revealed.

After the examination phase is completed, the public prosecutor will then prepare the indictment and transfer the case file to the Bima District Court for immediate trial.

“We will complete it as quickly as possible, so that the person concerned can begin standing trial,” Heru asserted.
