“Pertamina continues to strive to provide the best service to the community. Every question and piece of feedback submitted by the public must be handled carefully, clearly, and accurately to mitigate the spread of disinformation or hoaxes. We appreciate the dedication of the team and the Pertamina personnel who have delivered the best service through public email channels,” Baron said in a written statement.
According to Baron, the quality of information services is built through teamwork, effective process management, and the ability of officers to respond to public needs. Consequently, Pertamina continues to encourage the enhancement of competency among its officers and the continuous evaluation of its services.
“This award serves as motivation for us to continue strengthening two-way communication and to provide an even better service experience for the public,” Baron explained.
