Evidence of Improving Licensing Services: DPMPTSP South Bangka Achieves 'Very Good' Rating

The South Bangka Regency Government (Pemkab Basel) has once again achieved national-level recognition. Through the One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP), South Bangka secured a ‘Very Good’ rating with a score of 92.190 in the Performance Assessment of One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) and the Performance of Business Implementation Acceleration for the 2026 Fiscal Year.

This award was presented by the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) as a form of appreciation for the South Bangka Regency Government’s commitment to improving the quality of public services, particularly in the fields of licensing and investment. The ‘Very Good’ predicate serves as motivation for DPMPTSP South Bangka to continuously enhance service quality for the community and business actors, ensuring that the investment climate in South Bangka becomes increasingly conducive.

‘We are committed to continuing various service innovations so that the public and investors receive increasingly excellent service,’ stated a representative on Friday (31/07).

It was further explained that the assessment conducted by BKPM does not only look at administrative aspects but also encompasses the effectiveness of licensing services, the acceleration of business implementation, the quality of public services, and the local government’s commitment to providing investment ease. ‘With this achievement, it is hoped that investor confidence in deploying capital to the region will increase, thereby having a positive impact on economic growth, job creation, and the improvement of community welfare,’ they added.
