Jakarta Metro Police presented evidence from two murder cases in Depok and Bekasi on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.
The two victims in these cases were Ermanto Usman, 65, a retired employee of PT Jakarta International Container Terminal (JICT). He was murdered by a suspect with the initials S at his home in Pondok Gede, Bekasi, on Monday, 2 March 2026.
The other victim, DH, 55, was killed by her common-law husband, ARH, 44, following a verbal dispute in Limo, Depok in October 2025. His body was only discovered five months later by his child on Saturday, 7 March 2026.
Among the evidence displayed were a crowbar used by suspect S to kill Ermanto, and rope and cable used by ARH to kill DH. Other evidence items on display included cash, scissors, a mobile phone, and a laptop allegedly taken from Ermanto’s home by S.
