The outlook for modern warehousing remains strong, supported by the nearshoring trend in manufacturing activities (relocating production activities closer to major markets), increasing e-commerce penetration, and ongoing industrialisation. ESR’s deep sector expertise and proven execution track record across the entire asset lifecycle and management process provide a strong foundation for delivering high-quality facilities in strategic locations that can meet evolving market needs. Together, we are working to strengthen the infrastructure that supports Indonesia’s industrial growth,” said Oki.
Both facilities will be developed to high technical standards, featuring high vertical clearance and reinforced floor loading capacity to support high levels of automation and evolving customer requirements.
These facilities will also adopt energy-efficient designs such as natural lighting and ventilation, on-site renewable energy generation systems, and fire protection systems that comply with leading industry standards.
