PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk (ERAL), a subsidiary of the Erajaya Group, has obtained new credit facilities from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) to strengthen its automotive business through two of its business entities. Based on information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), ERAL, along with its subsidiaries PT Era Inovasi Otomotif (EIVO) and PT Era Dealer Otomotif (EDOO), signed a credit facility agreement with BRI on 23 June 2026. Under the agreement, EIVO and EDOO obtained a Bank Guarantee facility worth Rp500 billion with a 12-month tenor, which will be used to finance the working capital needs of both companies. Additionally, both entities also received a Supply Chain Financing (SCF) Account Payable (A/P) facility amounting to Rp125 billion with a 12-month term. Thus, the total rupiah-denominated credit facilities obtained reached Rp655 billion. Furthermore, ERAL also obtained foreign currency-based facilities in the form of a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) worth 6 million Chinese yuan and a Forex Line facility of 10 million Chinese yuan. Both facilities are intended to support foreign currency-based transactions, including the operational needs of EIVO and EDOO. In the information disclosure, management explained that these credit facilities are part of efforts to support the working capital needs of subsidiaries engaged in the automotive sector, as well as to optimise the company’s ability to conduct foreign currency transactions. The company affirmed that the signing of these credit facilities does not have a material impact on operational activities, legal aspects, or the company’s business continuity. However, the facilities will increase the financial obligations of the company and its subsidiaries in line with the group’s business development.
