Eradicating Poverty, Cak Imin: Those Using Social Aid for Online Gambling Automatically Disqualified

JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment, Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin), revealed that the government is directly disqualifying social aid recipients who use their assistance for online gambling. Cak Imin emphasised that the government continues to strive to address poverty. He stated that data on disqualified social aid recipients due to online gambling is held by the Social Affairs Ministry. Regarding programmes for the middle class, Cak Imin mentioned that the government also has initiatives to elevate their status.
