The award was received directly by Darmadi Darmawangasa, President Director of Era Indonesia, representing management and the agent network across Indonesia.
The award assessment criteria included the company’s extensive network of offices and agents across major cities, standardised agent training and certification systems, significant property listing and transaction volumes, utilisation of digital marketing and modern marketing platforms, and contributions to enhancing consumer confidence in property transactions.

The ITAY 2026 event was opened by Suryopratomo, Commissioner of Metro TV, who emphasised the importance of transformation in the business world.

ITAY founder Arief Hidayat Thamrin added that the award is given to companies that demonstrate a combination of achievement, innovation, and tangible contributions to their industry. “Era Indonesia meets these criteria,” he noted.
The ITAY 2026 awards were determined through a selection process and panel discussions by an independent judging panel comprising academics and national practitioners. The assessment followed five main criteria: Achievement, Innovation, Transformation, Core Competence, and Contribution, using a data-driven approach and industry impact methodology.
