Envelope Code '1' Uncovered for Customs Officials in Blueray Cargo Bribery Case
Jakarta — The Head of the Customs Intelligence Section I of the Directorate of Enforcement and Investigation at the Directorate General of Customs, Orlando Hamonangan, also known as Ocoy, disclosed the existence of an envelope coded ‘1’ in the alleged bribery case involving Blueray Cargo owner John Field. Ocoy said that Sri Pangestuti, or Tuti, visited his office and brought several envelopes marked codes 1 to 3 for officials at the Directorate General of Customs. ‘For the envelope entrusted to me, the brown envelope bears initials and the numbers 2 and 1,’ Ocoy testified before a panel of judges at the Corruption Court, East Jakarta, on Wednesday (20 May 2026). However, Ocoy confessed he only knew the recipients of envelopes 2 and 3, not the recipient of envelope code 1. He said envelope code 2 was given to Rizal, and envelope code 3 was for the Head of the Sub-Directorate for Intelligence P2, DJBC, Sisprian Subiaksono. ‘Number one I do not know, Sir,’ Ocoy said. Meanwhile, Ocoy, Rizal and Sisprian have been named as suspects by the KPK. Also named were the owner of Blueray PT, John Field; the Head of the Blueray Import Documentation Team, Andri; and Blueray Operations Manager, Dedy Kurniawan. Most recently, the KPK named Budiman Bayu Prasojo, Head of the Customs Intelligence, Enforcement and Investigation Section (P2) of DJBC, as a suspect on Friday 27 February 2026. KPK Deputy for Enforcement and Execution Asep Guntur Rahayu said John Field wanted illicit or counterfeit goods imported by his company PT Blueray not to be inspected on entry to Indonesia. ‘PT BR wants the goods under its umbrella, which are imported from abroad, not to undergo checks. So they can pass through the customs inspection easily,’ Asep said at a press conference on the evening of Thursday 5 February 2026. From the Directorate General of Customs there is Sisprian Subiaksono as Head of the Intel P2 DJBC and Orlando Hamonangan as Intelligence Section Head DJBC. Meanwhile, from Blueray the individuals were John Field, owner; Andri from the Blueray import documentation team; and Dedy Kurniawan, Blueray Operations Manager.
