Ensuring Digital Connectivity Reliability During the National DPRD Retreat in Magelang

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, MAGELANG — PLN Icon Plus has ensured the reliability of connectivity services and communication systems in supporting the DPRD retreat activities in Tidar Valley, Magelang, recently. This support was realised through the provision of digital infrastructure as well as the establishment of a readiness post together with PLN to maintain operational stability during the event.

This integrated telecommunications service has become the backbone that supports all operational activities. In addition to connectivity, PLN Icon Plus focused on monitoring the network and electrical systems in the area to minimise technical obstacles.

The President Director of PLN Icon Plus, Chipta Perdana, in a written statement on Saturday (25/4/2026), emphasised that the reliability of services is the main key to the success of this agenda. He assured that his side fully accompanies all infrastructure needs 24 hours non-stop.

“PLN Icon Plus accompanies connectivity during the event through reliable infrastructure and a 24-hour readiness post, so that all agendas can run smoothly without disruption,” said Chipta during the event that took place last Sunday.

In line with that, the Senior Manager of PLN Icon Plus SBU Regional Central Java, Leandra Agung Tri Radi Putra, emphasised the importance of field readiness. Technical teams were prepared at several strategic points to be able to respond to potential disruptions quickly.

“All connectivity services that support the electrical system and internet network at every location we ensure operate optimally, with the support of responsive teams in the field,” said Leandra.
