Enlightened view of policewomen
Enlightened view of policewomen
From Ummat
I agree with the existence of Polwan (Policewomen) because
their role has proven beneficial. But I think their quantity
should be limited, because in any situation their capacity is
restricted. A policewoman must also have an understanding husband
due to her many duties.
Polwan should be assigned according to their female nature.
They can be stationed at traffic crossroads or in offices for
public service. It's too much if they have to overcome riots or
face the masses during demonstrations.
I think a policewoman has double duties. As a mother she must
be accountable to her family, and as a police officer she must be
capable of performing her police duties at the office. These are
the heavy burdens Polwan must shoulder.
I agree they should be taught self-defense and precautionary
tactics to face criminals. They have been trained for such duties
since they joined the police, haven't they? Therefore, when
facing threats, they will be ready to act.
