Enhancing quality of human resources

The development of human resources is a must for Indonesia as
a maritime country. Ideally, Indonesia should have a large boat
equipped with modern and sophisticated machines for canning fish
catches. At least this should be our future goal.

We should therefore inspire the young people to be sea
oriented and work to exploit the riches of the sea.

In this context, the universities, particularly those that are
situated close to the sea, should have oceanography facilities.
