EMTK Records Profit of Rp 6.78 Trillion for Full Year 2025, Up 361%

PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) recorded a profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent entity of Rp 6.78 trillion for the full year 2025. This profit surged by 361.2% from Rp 1.47 trillion in 2024.

Based on the financial report submitted in the disclosure of information to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), this profit was boosted by net revenue for the full year 2025 amounting to Rp 19.11 trillion, up from Rp 12.23 trillion in 2024.

Alongside the increase in net profit, the cost of revenue also rose from Rp 8.1 trillion to Rp 14.06 trillion, resulting in EMTK’s gross profit for the full year 2025 increasing from Rp 4.06 trillion to Rp 5.05 trillion.

From the expense side, EMTK was burdened by selling expenses that rose to Rp 450.9 billion, general and administrative expenses that increased to Rp 3.5 trillion, and operating and other expenses that climbed to Rp 129.9 billion. However, profit from asset sales rose to Rp 8.8 billion, and foreign exchange gains also increased to Rp 305.7 billion, leading to operating profit for EMTK in 2025 rising to Rp 1.2 trillion from Rp 1 trillion in 2024.

Furthermore, throughout 2025, EMTK benefited from a rise in financial income to Rp 991.1 billion, profit from investments increasing to Rp 3.8 trillion, dividend income up to Rp 66.9 billion, profit from associate entities rising to Rp 16.9 billion from a previous loss of Rp 644.1 billion, and profit from adjustments to changes in equity of associate entities climbing to Rp 339.9 billion.

In addition, although financial expenses increased to Rp 139.7 billion, EMTK recorded a profit from the acquisition of a subsidiary entity of Rp 3.12 trillion. Consequently, profit before income tax soared to Rp 9.49 trillion from Rp 2.86 trillion previously.

After deducting income tax expenses that declined to Rp 611.1 billion, EMTK’s profit for the year in 2025 rocketed to Rp 8.8 trillion from Rp 1.8 trillion in 2024.

Meanwhile, EMTK’s total assets for the full year 2025 also surged by 31.9% from Rp 46 trillion in 2024 to Rp 60.7 trillion.
