Emtek Group Sells Shares in Abhimata Citra Abadi

PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK), or Emtek Group, has sold its entire stake in subsidiary PT Abhimata Citra Abadi (ACA). The divestment forms part of the company’s strategy to optimise its investment structure.

Corporate Secretary of EMTK Titi Maria Rusli stated that the company has sold, transferred, and handed over 100,090 shares, representing 99.99% of its ownership in ACA, to Yuslinda Nasution as the buyer.

Yuslinda Nasution is a former director of EMTK who announced her resignation on 29 May 2026. Through an official letter, Yuslinda, who had served as a director of EMTK since 17 September 2009, stepped down from her position as she had reached retirement age.

The share sale transaction of ACA from Emtek Group to Yuslinda Nasution took place on 20 August 2026, executed before notary Stephanie Wilamarta. Effectively, in parallel with the completion of the ACA share sale, Yuslinda officially became the controlling shareholder of ACA.

“This share sale is part of the company’s strategy to optimise its investment structure and business portfolio management,” Titi said in an official statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday (24/8/2026).

Titi stated that the sale of ACA shares does not have a material adverse impact on the company’s operational activities, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity of EMTK.

Following the completion of the ACA share sale, Titi confirmed that ACA is no longer an entity controlled by EMTK. Consequently, ACA’s financial statements will no longer be consolidated into the company’s accounts.
