Emtek Group Buys Up 803 Million Bukalapak (BUKA) Shares

A digital subsidiary of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) has increased its ownership in PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA). The share purchase transaction was carried out on 4 September 2026.

Quoting a disclosure from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Kreatif Media Karya was recorded as purchasing 803,287,800 BUKA shares. The transaction was conducted directly at a price of Rp126 per share.

As such, the value of the share purchase transaction amounted to approximately Rp101.21 billion.

It was stated that the transaction was categorised as a share purchase and did not involve a repurchase agreement.

Prior to the transaction, Kreatif Media Karya held 46,321,746,385 Bukalapak shares, equivalent to 44.90% of voting rights in the company. Following the purchase, its holding rose to 47,125,034,185 shares.

That ownership is equivalent to 45.68% of Bukalapak’s voting rights.

In the report, Kreatif Media Karya’s share ownership status was recorded as direct ownership, whilst the purpose of the transaction was stated as investment.
