PT Esa Medika Mandiri Tbk (EMMI) has set the offering price at Rp 470 per share for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). In this corporate action, the company is offering 522,857,000 new shares, representing 30 per cent of its issued and fully paid-up capital. Consequently, EMMI will secure fresh funds amounting to Rp 245.74 billion. The company is scheduled to conduct allotment on 6 July 2026, share distribution on 7 July 2026, and list its shares on the BEI on 8 July 2026. According to the BEI’s information disclosure, after deducting issuance costs, the proceeds will be used to strengthen the company’s financial structure and support business development. Approximately Rp 50 billion will be allocated for partial repayment of the company’s principal loan, around 6.4 per cent for capital expenditure on the construction of the Cikupa factory building, and roughly 72.3 per cent for working capital, including the purchase of goods related to soft loan projects and raw materials/inventory to support the company’s business operations. President Director of PT Esa Medika Mandiri Tbk, Florian Chris Widjaja, stated that strengthening working capital and business capacity is crucial amid the increasing need for medical devices in healthcare facilities. The public offering is underwritten on a full commitment basis by PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas and PT INA Sekuritas Indonesia as the managing underwriters. The public offering period is expected to take place from 2 to 6 July 2026, with the shares scheduled to be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 8 July 2026. In terms of performance, PT Esa Medika Mandiri recorded a profit of Rp 34.13 billion in the 2025 financial year, a significant increase from the previous year’s profit of Rp 11 billion. Meanwhile, the company’s net sales throughout 2025 were recorded at Rp 454.63 billion. At the time of its establishment, the company’s shareholding structure consisted of Surya Gunawan Widjaja with 55 per cent, Eddy Lie with 35 per cent, and Andre Fajar Surya Gunawan with 10 per cent.
