Emergency bridge ends isolation of four villages in Central Aceh

The Indonesian military (TNI), through the 6th Combat Engineer Battalion (Yonzipur 6), has built an emergency bridge in Ketol subdistrict, Central Aceh, to restore access to four villages that had been cut off.

Meanwhile, construction of a permanent bridge has reached 60 per cent completion and is targeted for completion in early March. The infrastructure serves as a vital lifeline for thousands of residents to resume their daily activities.
