Embezzling Parish Funds of Rp28 Billion: The Businesses of Former BNI Official and Wife
Police arrested Andi Hakim Febriansyah, former Head of Cash at BNI Unit Aek Nabara, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra, on Monday (30/3/2026) in connection with allegations of embezzling funds from the Credit Union of Aek Nabara Parish (CU PAN), a cooperative managed by the Catholic Church. Andi was arrested along with his wife, Camelia Rosa.
“For now, according to the police report yesterday, there is around Rp28 billion (embezzled by Andi). However, up to now, the suspect has only admitted to around Rp7 billion that was used,” said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at North Sumatra Police, Commissioner Pol Rahmat Budi Handoko, at North Sumatra Police Headquarters on Monday (30/3/2026) evening.
From initial police examinations, Andi admitted to embezzling only Rp7 billion in funds. The money was used for businesses. Rahmat said the embezzled money was used for various business investments owned by the suspect.
“Its use includes, among others, for investments in the sport centre, cafe, mini zoo, and several places turned into businesses by the suspect,” he revealed.
Based on IDN Times’ investigation, these are the investment companies and businesses owned by Andi Hakim Febriansyah and his wife Camelia Rosa in Labuhanbatu Regency.

With his position, Andi Hakim offered fictitious investment products titled “BNI Deposito Investment” with promises of high returns or interest rates of up to 8 percent per year.
The trust of parishioners collected through the church cooperative was abused by Andi. As a bank official, he convinced the victims by providing deposit certificates that were later found to be fake documents he signed himself.
In-depth investigation revealed that the Rp28 billion in funds deposited by around 1,900 cooperative members never reached the bank vault.
Instead, Andi Hakim diverted the massive funds to several personal accounts and affiliated parties for personal interests.
The flow of funds went into Andi Hakim’s personal account, his wife’s account named Camelia Rosa, and the account of PT Chiara Keanu Chareem Sejahtera, a company owned by them.
PT Chiara Keanu Chareem Sejahtera, or commonly known as CKC Corp, on its official website states that CKC Corp is a company running businesses in the fields of food and beverage, home decor, boutique, automotive, and frozen food.
CKC Corp was established around 2020-2021 with business ownership status. Starting with businesses in F&B and home decor, it then developed into a company operating in various fields.
CKC Corp on its website opens opportunities for investment. In 2024, CKC Corp claimed to have partnerships including local businesses and local products in Indonesia, utilising various existing organisations.
Its concern is improving welfare by jointly driving businesses that generate profits, balanced with positive impacts created. Many social problems are helped by the emergence of social entrepreneurship, from job creation to environmental preservation. Such business methods contribute to sustainable economic wheels.
