Embassy co-hosts seminar

JAKARTA (JP): The Italian Embassy and University of
Indonesia's School of Engineering will hold a seminar on
microelectronics, new materials and information technology on
Thursday, the embassy said yesterday.

It said the seminar at the university's Depok campus south of
here will present experts from leading Italian universities and
companies, the Italian National Research Council, Indonesia's
Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology, state-
owned aircraft manufacturer PT Industri Pesawat Terbang Nusantara
and speakers from University of Indonesia.

The seminar will address issues related to designs, analysis
and the industrial application of microelectronics, new materials
and information technology. (02)
