PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) has awarded its top-performing Awak Mobil Tangki (AMT), the fuel tanker crews who serve as the spearhead of national energy distribution. The awards were presented as a form of appreciation for the crews’ dedication to ensuring energy supplies are maintained across Indonesia, including during the 2026 Ramadan and Idulfitri (RAFI) Task Force period. As an integrated energy logistics company, Elnusa Petrofin records an average daily energy distribution journey of more than 600,000 kilometres, a distance equivalent to circling the Earth over 15 times. Behind these operations are thousands of AMT who carry out daily energy distribution duties to petrol stations, airports, industrial estates, and remote areas. The awards comprised dozens of motorcycles given to the best AMT in several operational regions, including Medan, Padang, Siak, Jambi, Lampung, Bali, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Makassar, and Jayapura. The company also distributed educational scholarships to the children of the recipients as a form of support for the workers’ families. The assessment of outstanding AMT was conducted through a number of indicators, ranging from energy distribution volume and distribution mileage to compliance with operational procedures and the application of a work safety culture and behaviour while on duty. President Director of PT Elnusa Petrofin, Doni Indrawan, stated that the award is a form of the company’s respect for workers on the front line of national energy distribution. ‘Every kilometre covered by the Fuel Tanker Crews is not merely an operational journey, but also a journey of dedication. Behind every litre of energy that reaches the public, there is extraordinary dedication, discipline, and responsibility from the AMT. They are present when the public is resting, during holidays, even when facing various challenges in the field. Therefore, we dedicate this award not only to the recipients, but to all Elnusa Petrofin energy fighters and their families who always support them from home,’ Doni said on Wednesday (10/6). According to Doni, the success of national energy distribution depends not only on the fleet and technology, but also on the quality of the human resources running the operations daily. ‘We believe that the company’s greatest strength lies in superior Human Resources. Therefore, this appreciation is a form of our commitment to continuously value the dedication of the tireless energy fighters who keep energy flowing across all corners of Indonesia, while supporting their families’ future through the educational scholarship programme,’ he added. The timing of the award presentation also forms part of a reflection on Elnusa Petrofin’s 30-year journey in supporting national energy distribution. The appreciation programme is expected to strengthen a work culture based on Operational Excellence and HSSE Excellence, while also tightening the company’s relationship with workers in the field. Through this award programme, Elnusa Petrofin affirms that energy distribution is not merely an operational process, but also about the dedication of human beings who work tirelessly to ensure the public’s energy needs are met throughout Indonesia.
