Elnusa (ELSA) Posts Rp718 Billion Profit for Full-Year 2025

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT Elnusa Tbk. (ELSA) recorded a profit of Rp718 billion for 2025. Buoyed by fluctuations in global oil prices, the profit figure rose by less than 1% year on year (YoY) compared with the previous year. On the top line, Pertamina’s upstream subholding posted revenue of Rp14.5 trillion. The figure grew 8% YoY from the previous year. ‘Although we saw the market a bit tough yesterday, there was a decline in Elnusa’s value, but it is still far better than our previous achievements,’ said Elnusa Chief Executive Litta Indriya Ariesca at a media briefing in Jakarta, Thursday (5 March 2026). The Chief Financial Officer Elnusa Nelwin Aldriansyah explained that excluding non-core revenue in the 2024 financial year, the company’s net profit actually grew 11% YoY. He said 2024 Elnusa benefited from windfall profits from interest on deposits in a private bank. Nelwin noted that about 60% of the oil services issuer’s revenue came from downstream oil and gas operations run by its subsidiary, Elnusa Petrofin. Meanwhile, upstream oil and gas contributed 28% to the company’s revenue. Then, supporting services such as oil and gas data management and maritime transport contributed 12% to revenue. In terms of customer base, Nelwin said 78% still come from the Pertamina Group and 22% from third parties. By the end of 2025, Elnusa’s cash balance stood at Rp2.7 trillion. Nelwin said the amount declined by 8%, driven by the redemption of Rp700 billion sukuk from internal cash. ‘Although the Rp700 billion redemption, the fall in cash balance was only about Rp200 billion.
