Elnusa (ELSA) Delivers Solid 2025 Performance with Rp 566 Billion Capital Expenditure Realisation
JAKARTA — PT Elnusa Tbk recorded solid financial performance throughout the 2025 financial year, with the company strengthening its business capacity through strategic asset investments.
The integrated energy services company realised capital expenditure (Capex) of Rp 566 billion from a target of Rp 594 billion, representing approximately 95 per cent throughout 2025.
Elnusa’s Chief Financial Officer Nelwin Aldriansyah stated that the investment was undertaken selectively to strengthen service capacity and the company’s competitiveness in the energy services industry.
“Strengthening assets and technology is one of Elnusa’s strategic priorities to maintain service reliability whilst creating opportunities for new contracts,” said Nelwin in an official statement on Wednesday (11 March 2026).
“With increasingly solid asset foundations and healthy financial management, we are confident that Elnusa is in an increasingly favourable position to leverage the momentum of energy industry growth,” he continued.
In line with the realisation of these investments, Elnusa recorded operating revenue of Rp 14.5 trillion throughout 2025, representing 8 per cent annual growth.
The company also posted EBITDA of Rp 1.5 trillion and net profit of Rp 718 billion, with operating cash flow reaching Rp 1.7 trillion.
This performance reflects the company’s ability to maintain profitability whilst sustaining business expansion capacity on a sustainable basis.
In the integrated upstream oil and gas services segment, investment was focused on procuring Coiled Tubing Units, Cementing Units, and Seismic Nodes to enhance well intervention and seismic survey service capacity.
Meanwhile, in the goods sales and energy distribution and logistics services segment, the company added a fleet of fuel tanker trucks to strengthen the national energy distribution network.
In the oil and gas support services segment, Elnusa also strengthened its maritime fleet through the procurement of hopper barges and docking barges.
The company also developed workshop and warehouse facilities in Batam to enhance operational readiness.
Additionally, supporting infrastructure strengthening was undertaken through the development of a Duri warehouse, improvement of firefighting facilities at the BSD facility, and enhancement of operational communication systems.
