Elite Grip Holding Group (EGHG), a leading holding company from Saudi Arabia, has officially announced a major business expansion into Indonesia. During an exclusive dinner ceremony at the Hilton Hotel Bandung on Friday (3/7), EGHG confirmed its commitment with an initial investment of approximately USD 1 billion (around IDR 17.9 trillion).

The strategic event was led by top management, including Chairman of the Board Duaij Munif Bin Mesirir, Chief Technology Officer Osama Ibrahim, and General Manager Abdulrahman, alongside strategic partners and stakeholders.

In a special interview session, Chairman of the Board Sheikh Duaij Munif Bin Mesirir revealed the strong reasoning behind selecting the City of Flowers as their operational hub in the country. “We visited Indonesia last year and saw that Bandung is the best and most potential city to open our business. Currently, we have even established and are ready to operate 18 companies in Bandung,” Sheikh Duaij stated through his representative.

The expansion of these 18 companies will span various strategic sectors, including the gold business, tourism, Hajj and Umrah services, and mining. All business lines will be executed through close collaboration with local teams and the Indonesian workforce.

Beyond commercial focus, Elite Grip Holding Group also introduced a major humanitarian initiative named Project TAMKIN. Through this high-value social programme, EGHG plans to build three specialist hospitals in Indonesia focused on rehabilitation and health recovery programmes following medical procedures or detoxification.

“TAMKIN is a major humanitarian project we are bringing directly from Saudi Arabia for the people of Indonesia. Its main focus is to help restore the quality of human life. We hope the media can help spread this good news regarding our investment and humanitarian commitment,” Sheikh Duaij added.

Through the integration of 18 subsidiaries and Project TAMKIN, EGHG is optimistic that its presence will not only strengthen bilateral economic relations between Saudi Arabia and Indonesia but also create new employment opportunities and deliver tangible social impact for the residents of West Java and its surrounding areas.
