Eindhoven delays Indonesian trip

JAKARTA (JP): Former Dutch first division soccer champion PSV
Eindhoven postponed its arrival here for six months due to
national team commitment.

Eindhoven's secretary Mariaan Krueger told Antara from
Eindhoven on Tuesday that his team would make its Indonesian trip
when the Dutch league begins a winter break early in January.
Krueger added that Eindhoven will send its best booters to
Indonesia.

The All Indonesia Soccer Association had earlier arranged a
friendly match between the Dutch team and the national team
prepared for the Southeast Asian Games. PSSI's secretary-general
Soepardjo Pontjowinoto said Eindhoven has not notified him of the
rescheduling. (arf)
