Eiger Adventure Land Opens Job Vacancies
Eiger Adventure Land has today conducted a large-scale recruitment process. The recruitment drive, which attracted over 600 applicants, drew predominantly from residents of Megamendung District, Bogor Regency and surrounding areas.
The recruitment activity, comprising a series of psychological tests and interview sessions, forms part of the company’s commitment to prioritising the absorption of local workforce and delivering direct benefits to the community surrounding the ecotourism zone.
By opening these job vacancies, Eiger Adventure Land seeks to ensure that the development of the ecotourism zone proceeds in tandem with the empowerment of the local community. Furthermore, the company aims to deliver positive economic impact for the people of Megamendung whilst remaining aligned with efforts to restore critical land and preserve the forest area.
In support of this initiative, the recruitment drive was attended by representatives from the regional government, including Megamendung District Head Ridwan and Sukagalih Village Chief Alwansyah Sudarman. Megamendung District Head Ridwan expressed his appreciation to Eiger Adventure Land for opening employment opportunities widely, particularly for residents around Megamendung where the ecotourism location is established.
“We express our appreciation to Eiger Adventure Land for opening job opportunities and prioritising the absorption of workers from residents near the location. This is a positive step towards improving the welfare of our community. Those participating in the recruitment all appear enthusiastic,” Ridwan stated in Bogor on Monday, 16 March 2026.
In line with this appreciation, Eiger Adventure Land reaffirmed its commitment to playing an active role in creating sustainable economic impact for the Megamendung community. For Eiger Adventure Land, the recruitment process focuses not only on professional competence, but also on character, integrity and alignment of values as the foundation for a strong and responsible organisational culture.
“Building an organisation is not just about capability, but also character. Every individual who joins Eiger Adventure Land brings values that we uphold and contributes to delivering meaningful experiences for the community and the environment,” said Chief Executive Officer of Eiger Adventure Land, Imanuel Wirajaya.
Through this large-scale recruitment drive, Eiger Adventure Land reaffirmed its role as a partner in community empowerment within its operational area. Currently, more than 200 Eiger Adventure Land employees come from Megamendung District, reflecting the company’s commitment to prioritising local workforce absorption.
Once it becomes operational and officially opens to the public, Eiger Adventure Land is committed to continuing to create employment opportunities for the surrounding community to grow and develop together. “Support from the regional government and enthusiasm from residents has delivered tangible, inclusive and sustainable economic impact for the Bogor Regency community, particularly in Megamendung District,” Imanuel said.
