The landslide that struck Pasirlangu Village, Cisarua District, West Bandung Regency has caused profound grief. The disaster claimed lives, forced hundreds of families to evacuate, and left them without shelter.

More than 100 people are reported to have died as a result of the disaster.

Survivors now face unstable environmental conditions and unpredictable weather. Amid this emergency, the fulfilment of basic needs — food, clean water, healthcare, and warm clothing — has become critically urgent, particularly given the cold temperatures at the evacuation sites.

As a demonstration of concern and corporate social responsibility, EIGER Adventure, through its EIGER Share campaign, has distributed humanitarian aid in the form of clothing supplies for the landslide victims in Pasirlangu Village.

The aid comprised 1,000 garments, including jackets, warm clothing, t-shirts, trousers, and other supporting items.

All aid was intended for evacuees currently sheltering at the Pasirlangu Village evacuation post.

The assistance was received directly by West Bandung Regent Jeje Ritchie Ismail together with Cimahi Police Chief AKBP Niko Nurullah Adi Putra at the Pasirlangu Village Office.

West Bandung Regent Jeje Ritchie Ismail expressed his appreciation for EIGER Adventure's concern and rapid response. "We extend our gratitude to EIGER Adventure for their concern and the assistance provided. Beyond food supplies, clothing is desperately needed by evacuees to maintain their health and comfort while at the evacuation posts," he said.

Cimahi Police Chief AKBP Niko Nurullah Adi Putra explained that the distribution of aid was carried out by dividing evacuees into several clusters, ensuring orderly and equitable distribution.

Director of PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri, Imanuel Wirajaya, stated: "We hope this assistance can ease the burden on evacuees and help them stay warm and comfortable during the recovery period."

The programme forms part of the ongoing commitment of EIGER Adventure — comprising PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri, PT Karunia Integrasi Niaga Dinamis, and PT Eiger Ekowisata Nusantara — to be present and make a tangible contribution to communities, especially during the most difficult times.

Through EIGER Share, the company is committed to sustaining humanitarian action, strengthening cross-sector collaboration, and ensuring that every form of assistance delivers a real impact for survivors. The spirit of "Do Good, Do Better" serves as a reminder that concern must be realised through meaningful action that creates impact.
