Eid mudik passenger flow at Ketapang Port

Numerous vehicles queued to board ferries at Ketapang Port in Banyuwangi, East Java, on Monday, 16 March 2026. Ketapang Port has implemented an Arrival, Unloading, Departure (TBB) system to accelerate the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the ferry services, whilst simultaneously reducing congestion during the Eid al-Fitr holiday migration period at both Ketapang and Gilimanuk ports in Bali.

Residents assisted in pushing a stalled vehicle that had broken down whilst queuing to board the ferry at Ketapang Port in Banyuwangi, East Java, on Monday, 16 March 2026. The TBB system aims to streamline vehicle processing and reduce delays during peak holiday travel periods affecting both ferry terminals.
