Eid Mubarak Jakarta Celebration at Bundaran HI on Thursday, Traffic Management Implemented

The Jakarta Provincial Government is holding an Eid Mubarak Jakarta celebration (Rhythm of The Fountain) at the Bundaran HI area in Jakarta tomorrow. Traffic management measures have been prepared.

The event will take place on Thursday, 19 March 2026, from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The event will use the northern section of Jalan M Mashabi as the venue location, extending from Jalan M Mashabi at the East entrance/exit segment of Plaza Indonesia to Jalan MH Thamrin.

“To support this event, situational traffic management will be implemented. Traffic from the West (Plaza Indonesia) heading North (Sarinah) can use the route Jalan M Mashabi-Jalan Teluk Betung-Jalan M.H Thamrin-Jalan Wahid Hasyim (Sarinah),” said Jakarta Transportation Agency Head (Kadishub) Syafrin Liputo to reporters on Wednesday, 18 March 2026.

Syafrin urged the public not to park their vehicles on the road. The agency has provided four parking pocket locations.

“There are four parking location points around the Bundaran HI area with the following breakdown: Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia, Wisma Nusantara, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel. During the Eid Mubarak Jakarta (Rhythm of The Fountain) event, Transjakarta operations will run normally, adjusted to traffic management and instructions from field officers, whilst prioritising traffic safety,” he added.
