Eid Holiday Service Schedule for RSUD and Health Centres in Bantul
Bantul District Health Office (Dinkes) has announced that all 16 inpatient health centres in Bantul will remain open during the Eid holiday with limited services, operating only emergency services on public holidays. The 11 non-inpatient health centres will provide full services during the collective leave period to ensure the public can access healthcare during Eid.
“We have 16 inpatient health centres that remain open during the Eid holiday, with only emergency services available on public holiday dates,” said Health Office Head Agus Tri Widiyantara to journalists in Bantul on Friday, 13 March 2026.
Regarding the 11 non-inpatient health centres, duty rotas will be in place during the collective leave to ensure medical staff are available. “For the 11 non-inpatient health centres during collective leave, there must be staff on duty, so medical personnel will definitely be present,” he said.
Meanwhile, RSPS Bantul Hospital Director, Dr. Atthobari, announced that the outpatient and medical rehabilitation services will close for five days during the Eid holiday, whilst haemodialysis services will close for only one day.
The outpatient and medical rehabilitation services will close from 19 to 23 March 2026, reopening on 24 March 2026. “However, chemotherapy services will continue according to schedule,” he said.
Haemodialysis services will close only on 20 March 2026, with patients scheduled for dialysis on Friday, 20 March, being rescheduled for the following day. “The haemodialysis capacity remains the same, with 50 machines available daily across three shifts, allowing us to serve 140-150 patients daily,” he explained.
During the Eid holiday and collective leave, the hospital will not provide travelling haemodialysis services, which allow regular dialysis patients to undergo treatment at other hospitals or health facilities outside their home facility.
