Eid Halalbihalal: Prabowo to Receive SBY and Jokowi at the Palace This Afternoon

President Prabowo Subianto will receive the sixth President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) and the seventh President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) at the Palace. The meeting aims to foster silaturahmi as well as an Eid halalbihalal.

“There is information we just received regarding the presence of Father President SBY and Father President Jokowi,” said Cabinet Secretary Prasetyo Hadi at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, on Saturday (21/3/2026).

However, Pras has not yet specified the exact time. What is certain, according to him, is that there is a plan for Prabowo to receive SBY and Jokowi.

“But the exact time, we will confirm again later. It’s planned that way, insyaallah, planned for this afternoon,” he said.

When asked whether the fifth President Megawati Soekarnoputri would also attend, Pras said there is no further information. He then mentioned the meeting between the two that had already taken place on Thursday (19/3).

“For now, there is no information for today. But as we already know, a few days ago there was also a silaturahmi meeting between Mother Fifth President Megawati Soekarnoputri and Father Prabowo Subianto at Merdeka Palace,” he said.
