Eid Exodus Becomes More Affordable as Toll Tariff Discount Extends to Batang–Semarang Section

Jakarta – In anticipation of the 2026 Eid exodus, PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang (JSB) is prepared to offer toll tariff discounts for travellers using the Batang–Semarang toll road section.

The tariff reduction can be enjoyed from 12 March 2026 at 05.00 WIB until 31 March 2026 at 24.00 WIB, with discounts of approximately 23 per cent. On certain journey schemes, discounts can provide savings of up to approximately 46 per cent.

JSB Chief Executive Officer Nasrullah stated that the implementation of this toll tariff reduction is part of the company’s service strategy in anticipating increased population mobility during the Eid holiday period.

Nasrullah further explained that the toll tariff reduction applies provided that electronic payment account balances are sufficient and vehicle origin data and classification are properly read in the transaction system.

The implementation of toll tariff reductions on the Batang–Semarang section operates as follows:

Travellers making continuous journeys from Cikampek Utama toll gate (Cikatama) to Kalikangkung toll gate are claimed to be able to obtain significantly more affordable journey tariffs with the toll tariff reduction on the Batang–Semarang section.

Meanwhile, during the return journey period from 26 March 2026 at 00.00 WIB until 27 March 2026 at 24.00 WIB, the journey tariff that was previously Rp 467,500 will become Rp 304,150, representing savings of Rp 163,350.
