Bima Regency Government (Pemkab) in Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) has allocated a budget for Eid allowances (Tunjangan Hari Raya/THR) in 2026 totalling IDR 50 billion. This figure represents an increase of approximately IDR 4 billion compared to 2025, which reached IDR 46.03 billion.

“The THR for civil servants and contractual staff at Bima Regency has begun distribution since last Friday,” said Aries Munanda, Head of the Regional Finance and Asset Management Body (BPKAD) of Bima Regency, on Saturday (14 March 2026).

Aries explained that the distributed THR is divided into two components. For the 5,796 civil servants (PNS), the total budget reaches IDR 29.6 billion. Meanwhile, the remaining IDR 20.3 billion is allocated for 6,003 contractual staff (PPPK).

“Total THR in 2026 for all civil servants and contractual staff serving within Bima Regency Government reaches 50 billion,” said Aries.

For civil servants, THR provision is adjusted according to each individual’s rank or class. The breakdown is as follows: IDR 10.25 billion is allocated to 1,667 class IV civil servants. Subsequently, IDR 17.63 billion goes to 3,673 class III civil servants. Next, IDR 1.71 billion is for 450 class II civil servants.

“Additionally, IDR 19 million for six class I civil servants,” he stated.

Aries explained that THR provision is a follow-up to Government Regulation (PP) Number 9 of 2026 and Ministry of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 13 of 2026. Furthermore, this policy also adheres to the technical guidelines for implementing THR and 13th month salary payments in 2026, funded from the state budget (APBN).

“The THR components provided are based on the salary amount in February, which includes base salary, family allowance, food allowance, position allowance or general allowance, and performance allowance,” he clarified.

Aries emphasised that THR provision aims to maintain the purchasing power of apparatus ahead of Eid 2026. The policy also represents the government’s appreciation for the dedication of civil servants and contractual staff.

“We hope that this THR, which is being provided, can be utilised well by civil servants and contractual staff to support their needs for Eid al-Fitr 2026,” he expressed.

He added that the THR budget for civil servants and contractual staff at Bima Regency in 2026 has experienced an increase compared to the previous year. In 2025, the allocated budget was recorded at IDR 46.03 billion.

“This year there is an increase of approximately IDR 4 billion,” he concluded.
