Eid al-Fitr THR for CIMAHI's civil servants appears assured; what about part-time P3K?

The Cimahi City Government has confirmed that the Eid al-Fitr Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) for Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) will be paid before Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah, but the disbursement is still awaiting technical guidance from the central government. So what about the fate of Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (P3K) Paruh Waktu?

Head of the Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Cimahi City, Harjono, said that if we refer to the provisions, the THR for Eid will be granted to ASN, including Civil Servants (PNS) and Full-time P3K as well as state officials such as the mayor and deputy mayor.

‘If the provisions state that only ASN, PNS and P3K and state officials will be given it,’ Harjono said when contacted, Wednesday (4/3/2026).

As for the fate of THR for Part-Time P3K, the Cimahi City Government will conduct further discussions. Harjono said they will first look at further rules regarding Part-Time P3K because in the private sector employee category it is not listed.

‘We want to see what sort of Government Regulation (PP) it is. If outsourcing such as security guards then they follow private sector employee regulations. What is not appearing must be decided for Part-Time P3K. It must be addressed wisely,’ Harjono said.
