Eid al-Adha: PT JIEP Distributes 34 Sacrificial Cows to Communities

JAKARTA - PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Perseroda), or PT JIEP, a Jakarta Provincial Regional Owned Enterprise and member of Danareksa State-Owned Enterprises Holding, has distributed 34 sacrificial cows to communities across several areas of Jakarta in observance of Eid al-Adha 1447 AH.

The distribution of sacrificial animals reflects PT JIEP’s commitment to implementing its Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) programme to support social welfare, particularly in Jakarta.

The distribution process was carried out in collaboration with Jayakarta Mosque and Baitul Hamd Mosque in Pulogadung Industrial Area, Jatinegara and Rawaterate Villages in Cakung District, East Jakarta Administrative City Government, Jakarta Provincial Government through the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), and Danareksa State-Owned Enterprises Holding.

PT JIEP Managing Director Dharma Satriadi stated that the company aims to support the Jakarta Provincial Government’s directives in delivering social benefits directly to the public.

“Through this Eid al-Adha occasion, we hope the distribution of sacrificial animals not only serves as a form of corporate social responsibility but also brings joy and a spirit of sharing among Jakarta’s communities,” Dharma said in a statement on Thursday, 28 May 2026.

Through this sacrificial animal distribution initiative, PT JIEP aims to strengthen social solidarity and provide benefits to communities across various parts of Jakarta during Eid al-Adha 1447 AH.
