Eid 2026 Promotion: 20 Percent Discount on Whoosh Tickets for Groups

PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) is offering an Eid 2026 promotion in the form of a 20 percent discount on Whoosh tickets exclusively for groups.

“We have a discount for groups of up to 20 percent, and also a subscription card with around 40 percent discount,” said KCIC Corporate Communication Manager Emir Monti at KCIC Halim Station, East Jakarta, on Thursday, quoted from Antara.

Emir stated that the group ticket promotion applies with a minimum requirement of 20 people in one purchase.

Bookers will be asked to fill in travel plan details such as date, route, and departure time, as well as the number of passengers.

After checking availability, the KCIC team will arrange seating for the group. Bookers will also be required to submit passenger data for those departing.

To facilitate bookers, payments can be made via transfer or debit at the Halim Station counter.

In addition, KCIC is collaborating with various sales partners such as Bank Mandiri, Traveloka, Tiket.com, and Trip.com, offering discounts of up to Rp100,000 and Rp150,000.

KCIC recorded an increase in Whoosh passenger volume of around 11.3 percent, reaching 224,827 passengers during the 2026 Eid transport period from 13-25 March.

Then, the temporary peak of the 2026 Eid transport occurred on Tuesday (24/3) with a volume of 24,315 passengers in one day.

It is known that KCIC provides convenience for passengers who wish to reschedule with a maximum of 15 minutes after the departure schedule.

As well as the opportunity for refunds a maximum of two hours before departure.
