Eid 2026 Exodus: Yamaha Deploys 130 Service Centers and Mudik Posts

Ahead of the Eid exodus season in 2026, PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM) has officially announced its readiness to support motorcycle riders during their journeys home. The automotive manufacturer is deploying 130 service centers and two dedicated mudik posts located at strategic points along Indonesia’s key exodus routes.

This initiative is designed to provide peace of mind and comfort to Yamaha consumers undertaking long-distance motorcycle travel to their hometowns during the Eid holiday period.

Hendra, YIMM’s Service Manager, explained that the special Eid service programme will be divided into two main categories to ensure comprehensive consumer coverage:

To maintain motorcycle condition, Yamaha is offering attractive promotions throughout March 2026.

All information regarding the mudik programme, nearest service centre locations, and promotional details can be easily accessed through the MyYamaha application. This app serves as a digital assistant for Yamaha motorcycle owners with the prominent E-KSG (Electronic Service Handbook) feature.

“With this feature, wherever consumers travel, as long as they are at Yamaha’s official network, their service history remains recorded and promotions can be claimed easily,” Hendra stated during an iftar gathering in Jakarta on Friday, 27 February 2026.

Consumers wishing to obtain cashback need only register through Yamaha’s official promotional website or present their registered MyYamaha account to service centre staff.

Service centres operated from 16 to 22 March 2026. Mudik posts are available at Ciwandan Port (Banten) and Ketapang Port (Banyuwangi) from 13 to 20 March 2026. Consumers can download the MyYamaha application and register to claim various service discounts and oil cashback promotions.
