Eid 2026: Energy Stocks Above Minimum Threshold, Petrol Stations Ready for 24-Hour Operations
JAKARTA — Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Yuliot Tanjung directly inspected the readiness of energy services in Central Java ahead of the Eid 2026 homecoming traffic flow.
One of the locations visited was the Serambi MyPertamina facility on the Batang Toll Road at KM 379A.
Yuliot appreciated the presence of Serambi MyPertamina as an additional facility prepared to enhance public comfort during the homecoming journey.
In addition to inspecting support facilities for travellers, Yuliot also ensured the readiness of energy supplies in Central Java during this year’s Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr period. He stated that the current national energy reserves are above the established minimum threshold.
“So, for availability from the minimum reserve set based on evaluation is 21 days, while the reserve we have prepared as of today is around 27 to 28 days. This indicates that supplies are sufficient and continuously maintained through refinery supplies and imports, so the public can safely enjoy the 2026 Eid homecoming,” Yuliot explained.
According to him, the adequacy of these stocks serves as an indicator of the government and energy business entities’ readiness to anticipate increased fuel consumption during the homecoming and return flow periods of Eid.
“The public need not worry, because energy availability is more than sufficient for Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, for homecoming as well as the later return flow. Our petrol stations are prepared for 24-hour operations, LPG runs normally, we also ensure that ship fleets operate at maximum capacity so that supplies to inter-island regions are carried out properly,” said Ega.
He added that this operational readiness encompasses the distribution of fuel oil (BBM) on both toll and non-toll routes, as well as strengthening the LPG supply chain for household needs during the long holiday period.
In addition to energy distribution aspects, Pertamina Patra Niaga has also introduced additional services in the form of Serambi MyPertamina as free stopover facilities for the public.
Overall, Serambi MyPertamina is spread across 43 locations consisting of six points in toll rest areas and 37 mini or compact points on non-toll routes, tourist areas, airports, ports, and stations.
Through these facilities, travellers can utilise a number of free services, such as mini clinics, lactation rooms, prayer rooms, relaxation areas, massage chairs, as well as kids’ corners and game consoles. The presence of these services is intended to help the public rest briefly before continuing their journey.
In addition to the main services, there are also additional facilities such as bright barber, bright skin check, Wi-Fi access, free charging stations, as well as food and drinks for visitors.
To make it easier for the public to obtain information related to Serambi MyPertamina locations and available facilities, the company provides various service channels.
