“The Arab Republic of Egypt strongly condemns the series of Israeli airstrikes in various parts of fraternal Lebanon. These attacks reflect an intent to weaken international de-escalation efforts and represent a new Israeli attempt to drag the region into total chaos,” read the official statement.
