Edwin Soeryadjaya Buys 1.02 Million SRTG Shares at Rp1,815

Edwin Soeryadjaya, Commissioner and controlling shareholder of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG), has purchased 1.02 million SRTG shares, or 0.01% of the company, at an average price of Rp1,815 per share, bringing the total transaction to approximately Rp1.8 billion.

According to a disclosure filed with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the transactions took place on 10–11 September 2026. Following the purchase, his ownership stake in SRTG rose to 35.9%.

Previously, Edwin had also added to his shareholding with 1.53 million shares in early February 2026.

In detail, the first purchase was made on 2 February 2026, comprising 488,700 shares at Rp1,629 per share. This was followed by an additional purchase of 1,045,000 shares on 4 February 2026 at Rp1,608 per share.

All shares purchased were ordinary shares, and the transactions were carried out for investment purposes.
