Education Ministry Invites Public to Develop Contextual Learning Content
The Directorate of Non-formal and Informal Education (PNFI) of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) is inviting tutors, managers of Learning Activity Studios (SKB), Community Learning Activity Centres (PKBM), communities, and the public to collaborate in developing contextual and inspirational learning content.
PNFI Director I Gusti Made Ardana stated in Jakarta on Thursday that the current content development is focused on empowerment and skills materials to support the learning process of students.
βThe materials produced are expected not only to make the learning process more engaging but also to provide tangible provisions that can help learners improve their abilities, self-confidence, and quality of life,β Ardana said.
Consequently, community involvement is necessary to present richer, more relevant materials suited to the conditions of learners in various regions.
Ardana said his directorate is also intensifying the dissemination of a guide for developing interactive content, which will serve as a joint reference in creating learning materials.
This step is in line with the implementation of Presidential Instruction Number 7 of 2025 concerning the Acceleration of Learning Digitalisation.
In the future, the content produced is expected to enrich digital learning resources utilised in the learning process, including through Interactive Flat Panels (IFP) that have been distributed to various educational units.
