The assessment was conducted through an online survey measuring public trust levels in various institutions and financial services in Indonesia.

These awards also serve as a benchmark for consumers in choosing brands, while encouraging industry players to maintain integrity, introduce innovations, and improve service quality.

This effort is embodied through Indodax Academy, which provides various educational materials, from blockchain, Bitcoin, mining, to other crypto assets.

Aloysia emphasised that, as a pioneer crypto exchange in Indonesia, the awards received serve as motivation for the company to continue maintaining public trust.
