Easy and Fast! Check 14 Mobile Samsat Locations in Jadetabek Today, Wednesday 2 September

The Jakarta Metropolitan Police Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya) is once again conducting Mobile Samsat services at 14 locations across the Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) regions on Wednesday (2/9/2026). This service is provided to make it easier for the public to manage annual Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payments.

Quoting official information from the @tmcpoldametro Instagram account, taxpayers intending to visit these extension locations are required to bring complete documents, including the original ID card (KTP) of the vehicle owner, the original vehicle ownership book (BPKB), and the original vehicle registration certificate (STNK), each accompanied by a photocopy.

It should be noted that these Mobile Samsat outlets only process annual PKB extensions and do not serve vehicles with tax arrears of more than one year. Five-year tax payments and vehicle number plate (TNKB) replacements must still be processed directly at the main Samsat offices.

As an alternative, the public can also utilise online services through the National Digital Samsat (SIGNAL) application, which covers 33 provinces. Through this application, PKB payments can be made via mobile phone, and the new STNK documents will be sent directly to the owner’s address. However, this digital facility is also not applicable to vehicles with tax arrears exceeding the one-year limit.
