East Kalimantan Attorney General's Office Secures Evidence of Transmigration Land Corruption Worth Hundreds of Billions of Rupiah
Officials arranged evidence items displayed during a press conference at the East Kalimantan High Prosecutor’s Office in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, on Thursday (26/3/2026). The East Kalimantan High Prosecutor’s Office has secured cash amounting to Rp214,283,871,000 in rupiah denominations, 103,025 US dollars, 11,909 Singapore dollars, 4,280 Australian dollars, as well as various amounts of euros, ringgit, and Korean won, and confiscated dozens of luxury goods including bags, watches, and four cars seized from the case of alleged corruption in transmigration land under the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions Development, and Transmigration by the PT Jembayan Muarbara (PT JMB) Group in Tenggarong Seberang Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan.
